Faculties

Since 1948, thousands of engineers, sub-engineers, economists, sociologists, mathematicians, teachers, etc. have graduated from the University of Petrosani. More than 4,500 students, master’s and doctoral students are trained in our University, with the support of more than 200 teaching staff.

The training of specialists is carried out in three faculties: the Faculty of Mining, the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and the Faculty of Science.
