The campus of the University of Petroșani is located in a natural park of about ten hectares and comprises 22 buildings. Teaching and research activities are carried out in six buildings including lecture halls, laboratories, seminar rooms, gymnasium. The complex also includes a library, a print shop, a sports centre, as well as five dormitories and a student restaurant. The University Campus of Petroșani is composed of the Property Service and the Social Service.
The Social Service has five student dormitories, the student restaurant, the student house, the student cafeteria, the sports centre and the sports hall.
Student dormitory no. 1 has reading rooms, two-, three- and four-bed rooms with bathroom on each floor, cable TV and wireless internet. The hostel has its own gas heating and hot water installations.

The student dormitory no. 3 has modules consisting of two rooms of two places each, with their own bathroom, reading rooms, cable TV and wireless internet. The hostel has its own gas installations for heating and hot water
