REGISTRATION FEE

The standard conference fee for author or coauthor: 120 euro

Second paper fee: 90 euro

The conference fee for PhD students (as single or first author): 80 euro

The fee covers the following costs: publication of the paper by MATEC Web of Conferences Journal, symposium materials, attendance at opening ceremony, plenary lectures and parallel sessions, participation to lunch, gala dinner, coffee brakes and field trip

Accompanying person: 60 euro/person (this will cover the costs related to: attendance at opening ceremony, plenary lectures, and parallel sessions, participation to welcome cocktail, lunch, gala diner, coffee brakes and field trip)

All fees can be paid in Euro or equivalent in RON at NBR exchange rate

Not included: transportation and accommodation costs; costs related to any additional program
