REGISTRATION FEE

The standard conference fee for author or coauthor: 130 euro

Second paper fee: 100 euro

The conference fee for PhD students (as single or first author): 80 euro

The fee covers the following costs: publication of the paper in the periodicals of the University of Petrosani, symposium materials, attendance at opening ceremony, plenary lectures and parallel sessions, participation to lunch, gala dinner, coffee brakes and field trip

Accompanying person: 60 euro/person (this will cover the costs related to: attendance at opening ceremony, plenary lectures, and parallel sessions, participation to welcome cocktail, lunch, gala diner, coffee brakes and field trip)

All fees can be paid in Euro or equivalent in RON at NBR exchange rate

These costs cover the participation of one person

Not included: transportation (except for the field trip) and accommodation costs; costs related to any additional program
